Refund policy

Unused and unopened shampoo can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Opened or used products are non-returnable unless damaged, defective, or incorrect.


Refunds are available for approved damaged, defective, leaking, expired, or incorrect products after verification.

To request a return or report a damaged, defective, leaking, expired, or incorrect product, please contact us at afghannaturalherbs@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the product.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refund arrangements will be confirmed with the customer separately
